Traveling Ashlar, a brand of SWIB Marketing, LLC (sometimes referred to in this Privacy Policy as “we,” “us” and “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personally-identifying information when you use the Traveling Ashlar Masonic Shirt Club (as defined in the Agreement constituting our Terms of Service).

Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning given such terms in the Terms of Service. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully, and if you have any questions, feel free to contact us. By using the Traveling Ashlar Masonic Shirt Club, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy, as it may be amended from time to time.

This Privacy Policy discloses our collection and use of many types of information, but governs only information that we collect in a manner that it is personally identified to you. We may update the Privacy Policy and change how we collect, use, and share personally-identifying information to suit changes in the Traveling Ashlar Masonic Shirt Club website and the corresponding Traveling Ashlar business, and if we do, we will post a notice that changes have been made on the website www.TravelingAshlar.com and through the corresponding links that may be available through the Traveling Ashlar Masonic Shirt Club. What Information We Collect

Traveling Ashlar collects personally-identifying information from you when you elect to register to use the Traveling Ashlar Masonic Shirt Club. You may elect not to provide such personally-identifying information, but in that case you may not be able to use the features and functionality of the Traveling Ashlar Masonic Shirt Club requiring registration.

When you join Traveling Ashlar, we collect and retain the information you submit, including your personal and billing information. If you are under 18, please do not attempt to register for Traveling Ashlar or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information to or on Traveling Ashlar. In the event we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18 we will delete that information as quickly as possible. How Traveling Ashlar Uses Your Personal Information

We will not sell or rent your personally-identifying information to any third party for any marketing purpose. We may, however, use certain information about you that is not personally identifiable, and we may elect to send you information from third parties that may be of interest to you. We use public information collected to determine how to improve the Traveling Ashlar Masonic Shirt Club. We may also use your name, email address, and other information on our system to notify you of shipment information, new release notifications, and to solicit your feedback and input. Those emails will contain links for preference management and, where appropriate, unsubscribe links should you decide you do not want to receive further emails.

You understand and agree that we may access, preserve, and disclose any information we may have about you and the contents of your account if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation, or disclosure is reasonably necessary to avoid liability, to comply with legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order, or to protect our rights and property, or that of our affiliates or the public. Traveling Ashlar is not required to question or contest the validity of any search warrant, subpoena, or other similar governmental request that Traveling Ashlar receives.

We use non-personally-identifying information and certain technical information about your computer and your access of the Traveling Ashlar Masonic Shirt Club (including your internet protocol address) in order to operate, maintain, market, and manage the Traveling Ashlar Masonic Shirt Club. Traveling Ashlar may disclose information about you to its partners in order to provide the Traveling Ashlar Masonic Shirt Club, resolve service problems and correct errors in the Traveling Ashlar Masonic Shirt Club, communicate with you about the Traveling Ashlar Masonic Shirt Club, provide you with advertising and promotional information in connection with the Traveling Ashlar Masonic Shirt Club, and enhance your experience on the Traveling Ashlar Masonic Shirt Club. In such an event, Traveling Ashlar will notify users who have provided email addresses when information about those users is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Information of Other Persons

You may decide to provide us with another person’s contact information so that person may be invited to visit and join the Traveling Ashlar Masonic Shirt Club or to join as a gift for such person. We use this information to contact and, if necessary, remind that person that he or she has been invited to visit Traveling Ashlar, or to provide a gift membership to such person. We may disclose such information if required to do so in order to comply with legal process, as described above.

Cookies

The Traveling Ashlar Masonic Shirt Club may elect to send “cookies” to your computer when you access the Traveling Ashlar Masonic Shirt Club or otherwise view content through any Traveling Ashlar website.
